one red apple|| peeled & cored.
handful of cherries|| frozen.
fourth cup cranberry juice|| or desired amount.
handful spinach|| or desired amount.
squeeze of lemon juice|| if desired.
(i also would have put another type of berry in this, but i didn't have any.)
(all smoothie recipes are ones i made up on the spot. i didn't follow any specific recipe. and i'm still working on perfecting each one.)
this sounds soooo good!! If it wasn't freezing outside i'd totally make one right now!!!
